Problems receiving the ALERTNOW messages?
We have had a couple of calls saying that the ALERTNOW messages are
being cut off on some people's answering machines.
We contacted the Customer Support representative and she said that there are some answering machines
that have software that can cause this.
The solution to the problem is to
listen to the message again and then press any button on your phone while
the message is playing.
This will replay the message and override the
software. |
