The Black River Alumni Association officers met on Wednesday evening, January 24th to begin planning for the 2007 Alumni Weekend. A rejuvenated core of officers has set plans to celebrate a gala alumni weekend for the weekend of June 15th - 17th. Committees will be meeting to put the finishing touches on a weekend that will include an alumni parade, barbecue, dance party and more. The next planning meeting will be held on Thursday, February 8th, 6 p.m. at the Fletcher Memorial Library. Look for more information to follow this meeting.
