What's Good about a Bad Website?           You can see what you shouldn't do.

~Good websites should have~

*Good information. * Easy to get to.
*Links that work
*They have appealing color and the graphics.
*Have good information whether it is an informational site, or a shopping site.

~Bad websites consist of~

*When you get there you think that it was a waste of your time.
*Does not have good information.
*The information on the website does not have anything to do with the website.
*Many of the links do not work.
*When you get there you think that it was a waste of your time.

~How to identify valid information~

*If the website is updated often.
* If there are links to the authors web site.
*Sources are listed.
*If there are other sources that say the same thing.

~Why are colors important~

*Color is a very important thing and has a lot to do with the success of your web site!
They can set the tone for the page or site and enhance the presentation.
*Your colors need to be able to catch someone’s eye and make them interested.

~Why is citing your source important~

*So that you don’t get sued by the other site.
*You should also cite your Sources to provide evidentce of valid information.
*So that people don’t think that you plagiarized from another site.
