Help with OFFICE 2007

This adjustment is most obvious in WORD, EXECL although the pack includes Publisher and PowerPoint (and a few others, ACCESS etc) those changes are not as extreme as WORD and EXCEL. We are not changing operating systems, VISTA (the Start menu, Desktop, and such).
